I've just got to say. I've got 20mb/s (upto) broadband. However for the past 3 weeks I've got only 300k/s (yes really) i.e .3mb/s.
Virgin Media have told me on one call that customer service should have sent me a new modem as my previous unit was not capable of 20mb/s. Then after cutting me off of this phone call, told me that I need an engineer to visit and they would not send out a new modem. Coupled with which they could not get an engineer to me for 2 weeks.
So, sorry chaps. If you can read this post its a miracle...
